Stop Work Authority (SWA): It is the strict policy of OGC Solutions Sdn Bhd that all employees—including clients, contractors, and subcontractor personnel—have the right and obligation to 

STOP WORK if they perceive an immediate threat to safety or the environment. 

Management Backing: The individual’s right to stop work is fully supported by OGC Solutions Sdn Bhd Management. If there is any doubt about whether a task should be halted, personnel must immediately notify their supervisor to assess the situation.

OGC Solution Sdn Bhd is committed to a safe , health and conducive environment for all personnel. The Company recognizes that alcohol, un-prescribed controlled drugs, or other substance abuse by personnel will impair their ability to perform effectively and will have serious adverse effects on the safety, efficiency and productivity of the personnel and the Company as a whole.

 Drug & Alcohol Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach to substance abuse to protect the health, safety, and productivity of our entire workforce.

Prohibited Conduct: It is strictly forbidden to use, possess, distribute, or sell the following items on Company property:

• Illicit or unprescribed controlled drugs.
• Alcoholic beverages.

Universal Application: This policy applies to everyone without exception, including executives, managers, supervisors, permanent staff, part-time employees, contractors, and volunteers.

Consequences of Violation:

• Termination: Anyone caught possessing or consuming alcohol or illegal substances on site faces immediate employment termination.
• Legal Action: The Company will actively report any illegal drug-related activities to the proper law enforcement authorities.
